How do I deposit funds?
Click the "Deposit" button in the header after signing in. We accept deposits via Skrill with a minimum of £10.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
Go to your account settings and request a withdrawal. First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours.
How does matchmaking work?
Select your buy-in amount and click "Find Match". You will be paired with another player at the same stake level. Both players receive identical game conditions.
Is this gambling?
No. YaChickenShit is a skill-based gaming platform. Both players receive identical drop patterns, and the winner is determined purely by skill. This is fundamentally different from gambling where outcomes are determined by chance.
What is the platform fee?
We take 8% of the prize pool. The winner receives 92% of the combined entry fees.
What happens if I disconnect during a match?
You have 30 seconds to reconnect. If you cannot reconnect in time, you may forfeit the match. We recommend a stable internet connection.
How do I report a bug or cheater?
Email support@yachickenshit.com with details. Include your username, the match ID (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
Can I play from outside the UK?
Currently, our services are only available to UK residents. We may expand to other regions in the future.
