Welcome to YaChickenShit, operated by CS GAMING LTD (Company No. 16942361), a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform at yachickenshit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old. We operate a strict 18+ policy. You may be required to verify your age.
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom. Our services are currently only available to UK residents.
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be self-excluded from gaming services or subject to any gaming restrictions.

3. Nature of Our Games

YaChickenShit is a skill-based gaming platform, not a gambling service. Our games are designed so that:

• Both players receive identical game conditions (same seed, same drop patterns, same timing).
• The outcome is determined purely by player skill, not chance.
• The player with the higher score wins the match.

This is fundamentally different from gambling, where outcomes are determined by chance.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to play. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Entry Fees and Prizes

Our platform operates as follows:

• Entry fees range from £1 to £60 per match.
• Both players contribute equal entry fees to form the prize pool.
• The winner receives 92% of the total prize pool.
• We retain 8% as a platform service fee.
• In the event of a tie, the prize pool is split equally (minus platform fees).

6. Payments

All payments are processed through Skrill. By using our payment services, you agree to:

• Minimum deposit of £10.
• Funds are held in your wallet until used for matches or withdrawn.
• Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC).
• We may delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Collude with other players.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions.
• Engage in match-fixing or intentional losing.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems.

8. Anti-Fraud Measures

We employ sophisticated anti-fraud systems that monitor:

• Unusual movement patterns (teleportation, impossible speeds).
• Suspicious win rates or perfect scores.
• Bot-like behaviour patterns.
• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• You fail age or identity verification.
• Required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for fraud, all funds may be forfeited. Upon termination for other reasons, legitimate balances will be returned.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute:

• We will investigate and respond within 14 days.
• Match results determined by our servers are final.
• Technical disputes will be reviewed using server logs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for losses resulting from your use of the platform.
• We are not liable for technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues.
• Our total liability is limited to the funds in your account.
• We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., payment providers).

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including games, graphics, and branding, is owned by CS Gaming Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
